If your company has no Persons with Significant Control, or you need to record/update a PSC statement, Inform Direct lets you add the correct statement to your PSC register.

Prerequisites: check the company's shareholding and control structure first and confirm no individual or entity meets the PSC control conditions.

1. Go to the PSC tab for the company.

2. Remove any existing PSCs if they need to be terminated
3. Click Add General Statement 
5. Enter the effective date of the statement.
6. Submit to Companies House 

PSC statements are a legal filing requirement — seek professional advice for your specific circumstances if you are unsure whether your company qualifies for a 'no PSC' statement.
