If there's something you'd like to see added or changed in Inform Direct, we'd love to hear about it.

There's no dedicated feature-request form in the app — instead, email your suggestion to support@informdirect.co.uk, including as much detail as you can about what you'd like to see and why it would help you.

Every request is logged and considered by our product team. Please note that we prioritise development based on demand across all our customers, so a single request is unlikely to be built on its own — features that come up repeatedly from multiple customers are far more likely to make it onto the roadmap.

We don't send an individual response confirming build status for each request, but rest assured it's been recorded and will be weighed alongside similar feedback.
