Steps to file a director resignation in Inform Direct
1. Open the company in Inform Direct.
2. Navigate to Officers → Click the yellow pencil next to the individual → Select Terminate appointment as director.
3. Enter the effective date of resignation.
4. Follow the step-by-step wizard until you see the red "submit" button.
5. Once accepted by Companies House, the director's record will be marked as resigned.
