If you have entered the Personal codes for Directors or PSC you must do one or both of the following.

To report the Director's personal codes, you need to submit the confirmation statement. You can do this now or when the due date comes around. The personal code will be sent for the Director on the next confirmation statment filed. See How to file a confirmation statement

To send the PSC personal codes, you must submit a VS01. See How to send a personal code for an existing PSC (VS01)

Note: entering a personal code in Inform Direct does not send it to Companies House by itself — it is only reported once the relevant filing above (CS01 for directors, VS01/confirmation statement for PSCs) has actually been submitted and accepted. This is different to an issue where the personal code field or value isn't visible to you at all within Inform Direct, which is normally a user permissions setting — see Personal codes censored or unviewable for that scenario.
