Two Types of Submit Buttons:
 

1. Red “Submit” Button

What happens?
When you click a red “Submit” button, your changes will be sent electronically to Companies House.

Where will you see it?
At the end of processes like filing a confirmation statement, appointing a director, or making other official filings.

2. Green “Submit” Button

What happens?
When you click a green “Submit” button, your changes are saved only within Inform Direct.
No electronic filing is made to Companies House.

In some cases, a paper form for Companies House may be produced for you to print and send yourself.
