Inform Direct makes it easy to ensure you are filing your Accounts on time. 

1) The Portfolio - If you have more than 1 company imported to your Inform Direct account then perhaps the easiest way to tell if you have any due or approaching Confirmation Statements is a quick glance at the portfolio screen. 

Clicking on the column header 'Latest Date to Submit Accounts' or 'Accounts ref date' will allow you to sort the column from due/nearest due to furthest due. 

What is the Accounting Reference Date?

If required, you can change the point that the colours shown above change, so you could have the green turn to amber 3 months in advance, for example. How Do I Change the Colour Coding of Dates?

2) Email Reminders - Inform Direct will send out the following email reminders to any user that has opted in to receive these:

• 14 days after the Accounting Reference Date has passed
• 28 days before the Latest Date to submit accounts (if the accounts have not yet been filed)

3) Dashboard Alerts - These will appear on the dashboard of the company:

Users with 2 or more companies registered will see an amber Check Alert symbol on their Portfolio screen. It will show opposite the relevant company. What are the Check Alerts on My Portfolio telling me?
