To view Companies House personal codes, you must be given the correct permissions on your user account.

The personal codes of directors/PSCs as part of the ECCT Act can be added to be viewed by practitioner and manager users from the manage users section. By default, personal codes are not visible to these users.

Any admin on your account can change your user permissions should you need this changed.
