How do I change the access rights of a Third party user?

Once you have given someone Third Party access to a company or companies in your portfolio you can always change this.

Note: To remove their access totally, please see How do I remove users from the account?

1. Go to "Account" and select "Manage users."

2. This will present you with a list of all your users. Click on the pencil opposite the Third Party user and select 'Edit user access.'

3. Here you can update the Third party user's access. You can also choose between View OnlyandEdit access.

4. Lastly, confirm that the Third party user has access to the correct company/companies and select 'Save changes.'
