Inform Direct helps to identify which user generated a submission to Companies House.
The name of the user completing an action can be tracked for any processes which generated a submission to Companies House.
The activity can be exported in Excel to be reviewed, and customised using which company it relates to and date ranges.
1. Select Documents & reports at the top of the page.
2. The documents area contains a reports tab, one of which is a report of Activity.
3. The yellow pencil allows you to select either of the below options:
- Generate report - this will produce a report of all activity, across all companies, users and dates.
- Customise report - this allows you the opportunity to show only certain companies or a date range. Please see the image below:
4. The report generated will contain a Submitted by column for any actions which generated a Companies House submission.
Incorporations will not have a user assigned to them on this report. You can search for the company in the document library, documents for the formation will show the user who submitted the incorporation in the added by column.
