Companies can be held in your portfolio while only partially imported. 

Pending company status will indicate that one of the 2 items below is outstanding:

• The authentication code for the company needs to be added, or
• The setup wizard needs to be completed. 

Your portfolio screen contains a drop-down box at the top of Your current companies table to identify pending records:

Once filtered to pending companies, it will be easy to locate those outstanding, the setup can be completed for each. Please begin by clicking the company name or blue arrow to open the record.

The Dashboard tab will contain a note in the Alerts & Notifications table stating 'You need to complete the setup for this company'. Selecting the blue arrow will allow you to complete the setup wizard. 

Note: If the authentication code provided for the import was missing or incorrect, this will need to be added before the import can be completed. Please see How do I Update the Company Authentication Code that is Stored on Inform Direct? See What does the set up wizard do?

Troubleshooting: If you encounter a setup error message, check that every officer & PSC record includes a complete date of birth and address. Missing data at Companies House will cause errors in Inform Direct.
