Companies can be held in your portfolio while only partially imported. 

Pending company status will indicate that one of the 2 items below is outstanding:

• The authentication code for the company needs to be added, or
• The setup wizard needs to be completed. 

Your portfolio screen contains a drop-down box at the top of Your current companies table to identify pending records:

Once filtered to pending companies, it will be easy to locate those outstanding and the setup can be completed for each.
