Inform Direct no longer stores passwords. Sign-in is managed by BrightID, so there is no Change password option in Inform Direct.

To change your password:

1. Go to hub.brightsg.com. You are signed in automatically if you are logged in with your BrightID.

2. Select your initials in the top-right corner, then click Edit Profile.

3. Go to the Security section and change your password there.
