Inform Direct does not allow you to directly reorder names on an existing joint shareholder record. Use this workaround:

1. Transfer the shares away from the joint holders (e.g. to one of them as a sole holder).
2. Create a new joint shareholder record with the holders in the preferred order.
3. Transfer the shares back to the new joint record.

Note: you cannot delete historical shareholding records in Inform Direct — the intermediate entry remains in the register as a historical transaction but will not affect the current share position.
