Inform Direct does not allow you to directly reorder names on an existing joint shareholder record. Use this workaround:

1. Transfer the shares with any chosen date for nil consideration.

2. Select Joint shareholder 
3. Create a new joint shareholder record with the holders in the preferred order.
4. Complete the transfer and it will now be corrected. 

Note: you cannot delete historical shareholding records in Inform Direct — the intermediate entry remains in the register as a historical transaction but will not affect the current share position.
