Changing the a user type is very easy with Inform Direct.

Note: If you want to change Third party user access see: How do I change access rights of a Third party user?

1. Go to Account and select "Manage Users" on the right-hand side of the screen. 

2. Next, click on the pencil next to the user that you wish to change, and select 'Edit user access.'

3. Now you can update their user type and access permissions. When you are finished, select 'Continue.'

What are the Manager permissions that can be changed?

4. Unless you are changing a user to Administrator, you also need to set which companies the user has access to. Then select "Save changes."
