The register of mortgages and charges lists details of all charges against the company.

The information contained within the register is:

• The Charge Number
• Date of creation
• Registration date
• Description, details of debenture and person(s) entitled
• Amount of charge
• Status

You can edit this information by scrolling over the mortgage or charge you wish to change.

Click to edit the record and you can amend the amount of charge and whether this should be marked as a debenture. Then click 'Save Changes to Register'

Note: Once your mortgage or charge filing has been submitted to Companies House, any amendments can only be made directly at Companies House on paper after obtaining a court order. You can not edit these in the registers.
