Sometimes a company might need to be removed from Inform Direct. It is possible to keep a record of the registers on Inform Direct post removal.

If you have more 1 or more active companies on your portfolio then you have the option to save the documents and statutory registers to your document library upon removing a company. How Do I Remove a Company From My Portfolio?

Inform Direct gives you the option to delete or save any or all of the documents affiliated with the company. . Otherwise, they will remain in your document library.

Supporting documents are only deleted if you tick the box beside them; however, for the statutory registers, it is the opposite, you must tick the bottom box to save the statutory registers. 

Any documents you choose to save won't be immediately downloaded; they will be stored within the document library. 

Note: Only admin users will be able to see these documents in the future. Admin users can download the documents and re-upload them adding wider permissions if needed.

Note: If you remove a company from your portfolio in error, it can usually be restored if you contact Inform Direct support the same day as the removal.
