Every officer of a company must provide a Service address.  This is where any formal documents being 'served' on a Director or Secretary to the company will be sent.

Note: Companies House refer to the service address for any officer or PSC as the Correspondence Address on their website.

A Service Address can be located anywhere but is often the same address as the Registered Office address. To see the existing service address(es):

1. Go to the Officers or PSC's tab, dependent on whom you wish to view the address for.    

2. Click on the blue arrow opposite the Officer or PSC in question.
 

3. Select the Appointments or Significant controls option from the left hand menu. You will then see the Service address(es) for the officer or PSC. 
 

4.  To edit the Service address simply select the Edit Service Address option which appears when you click on the pencil.
