Every Person with Significant Control (PSC) record in Inform Direct stores the date they became a PSC, which is what's reported to Companies House and shown on the PSC register.

1. Go to the PSC tab for the company.
2. Click the PSC's name (or the yellow pencil icon) to open their record.
3. The date became a PSC is shown in the personal details section, alongside their nature of control.
4. To see it in register form, select View Company Registers on the Dashboard tab, then Download Registers to view or export the PSC Register, which lists the appointment date for every current and historic PSC.

This date always comes from Companies House. If it looks wrong, check the company's filing history to see what was actually submitted. If the date in Inform Direct still doesn't match what's on the filing history, this is a data issue with Companies House — email support@informdirect.co.uk and we'll help resolve it.
