Inform Direct maintains a record of filing activity. To identify which user submitted a specific confirmation statement:

1. Log in to Inform Direct.
2. Navigate to "Documents and Reports".
3. Head to the "Reports" tab.
4. Generate the "Activity Report".

I ran the Activity Report but can't see who filed it?

Also known as: Activity Report doesn't show who filed, rejected confirmation statement who submitted it, can't see filing in Activity Report, who submitted a rejected filing.

Rejected filings are recorded in the Activity Report in the same way as accepted ones, and show the user who submitted them. Make sure the report is run for the correct company and that the date range covers the day the confirmation statement was submitted.
