Main Reason: Pending PSC Withdrawal

When you submit a PSC statement withdrawal (removal) to Companies House, Inform Direct temporarily disables the option to add a new PSC. This is because Companies House must first accept and process the withdrawal before your PSC register can be updated with new entries.

What Happens Next?

• Once Companies House confirms the withdrawal of the statement, Inform Direct will automatically update your records. You can find the submission status in the "Recent Activity" section of the company dashboard.
• Once accepted, the “Add PSC” button will reappear, and you will be able to add a new PSC.

What Should I Do?

• Wait for Companies House to process the PSC statement withdrawal.
• You will usually receive a confirmation or update from Inform Direct once the change is accepted.
