Overview
Inform Direct allows you to track and report on identity checks requested for your clients. This guide explains how to generate a report of all identity checks you have requested, including filtering by date (such as for a specific month).
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
- Log in to your Inform Direct account.
- Navigate to the Documents & Reports section from the main menu.
- Click on the Reports tab.
Step 2: Select the Identity Checks Report
- In the Reports tab, look for the Identity Checks report option.
- Click the yellow pencil to either generate or customise.
Step 3 (Optional): Customise Your Report
- Use the customise or filter options to select your desired date range.
- For example, to see all identity checks requested in April, set the start and end dates to cover the month of April.
- You can also filter by company.
Step 4: Generate and Download the Report
- Once your filters are set, click Generate Report.
- Review the report on screen.
- To download, select the Download or Export option (PDF, Excel, or CSV as available).
