In the event you no longer wish to bring in VAT dates from HMRC, the link can be easily removed.

If you want to end the link for ALL your companies follow the below steps; If it is no longer appropriate to receive a VAT update for just one or more particular company please see How do I remove the HMRC link for just one company?

1. Go to the Account tab at the top of the page. 

2. On the right-hand side please select Remove HMRC link 

3. This will raise a screen to confirm whether you do wish to remove the link or cancel and retain the current link. 
 

4. Should you wish to, it is quick to reconnect Inform Direct to HMRC.
