If one or more of your client companies is no longer registered for VAT you can easily stop tracking the dates and unlink the record from HMRC.

The HMRC link uses a companies VAT number to gain permission to retrieve these dates from HMRC. Therefore, removing this will ensure Inform Direct no longer has permission to do so. 

To do this first navigate to the "Company" tab and select "Update company admin":

Next, please remove the VAT number:

Once removed, the dates will no longer be tracked by Inform Direct. As a result, you will no longer receive any notifications or reminders relating to the VAT dates for this company.
