If you need to change the details which you use to pay for your Inform Direct account this can be amended in the Account section.
1. Please click on the Account button at the top of the screen.
2. This will display your Account details. From the blue buttons on the right of your screen select "Update card details".
3. The existing cards are details in this section with the last 4 digits visible and it is indicated which is the current primary card.
4. To add a new card please click the blue button on the right hand side, or to amend the primary card please use the yellow pencil options next to the existing records.
Note: You must always have one card registered.
Note: It is the primary card which becomes the default card to settle any fees.
Note: When you add a new card, your bank or card provider may carry out extra security checks before the card can be used. This can include two‑factor authentication (for example, a one‑time passcode by text or in your banking app, or a 3‑D Secure screen). If you’re prompted, simply follow the instructions from your bank to complete the verification.”
