To ensure the details are in place to complete chargeable actions or to subscribe to Inform Direct you can add card details to your account.
1. Please click on the Account button at the top of the screen.
2. This will display your Account details. From the blue buttons on the right of your screen select "Update card details".
3. To add the card, simply click on the blue "Add new card" button.
Please note: When you add a new card, your bank or card provider may carry out extra security checks before the card can be used. This can include two‑factor authentication (for example, a one‑time passcode by text or in your banking app, or a 3‑D Secure screen). If you’re prompted, simply follow the instructions from your bank to complete the verification.
4. Insert your card details and then click the red 'Add card' button.

Once there is more than one card added you can change which card is the primary card or remove a card by clicking on the pencil icon. You must always have one card registered.
Note: It is the primary card which becomes the default card to settle any fees.
