What Are the Benefits of Incorporating Through Inform Direct?

Forming a company through Inform Direct has many advantages.  We have listed 14 below.  You will invariably benefit from lower costs, but perhaps more importantly you will save considerable time on all the pre and post-completion formalities.

 

1. The Inform Direct formation wizard is simple to use.  What is more you can always save a part completed formation and return to it when you have the missing information or time to complete it.

 

2. The Inform Direct formation wizard is totally comprehensive.  You can form:

  • Companies limited by shares
  • Companies limited by guarantee
  • LLPs
  • PLCs

5. If the Model articles are going to be insufficient there is an option to add your own Articles of Association or use Inform Direct enhanced articles. See How do I add bespoke Articles of Association?

 

6. There is the option to have multiple share classes and non GBP currencies are also supported.

 

7. There is the ability to download a completed application for checking/client approval prior to submission.

 

8. Once formed, the company will automatically added to your portfolio. There is no need to import it.

 

9. You will receive an email with all the formation documents attached as soon as the company is formed.

 

10. In addition to the email noted in 9 above additional copies of all the incorporation documentation will automatically be tagged and placed in your document library.
