Once you have completed the import or formation of a company using Inform Direct the system will keep a record of all 'former' shareholders. i.e. someone who no longer has any shares.

Simply go to the shareholders' tab and click on the box marked 'Former' to see their details.

If you only want to see 'former' shareholders uncheck the 'Current' box.

Note: For newly imported companies Inform Direct will not have details of shareholders who ceased to have a holding prior to the last Annual Return being filed.

The details of 'former' shareholders will also be part of the shareholders' register.
