Which Statutory Books are Completed When a Company is First Formed?

When a company is successfully formed using the Inform Direct formation wizard all the company's statutory books are automatically written up for you.

 

You can see them at anytime. Simply click on the blue 'View Company Registers' button.

 

The registers supported include:

  • The Company Details
  • The Register of Directors
  • The Register of Director's Residential Addresses
  • The Register of Secretaries (If no secretary was appointed then 'None recorded' is entered on this register)
  • The Register of Shareholders
  • The Register of Share Classes
  • The Register of Allotments
  • The Register of Transfers (this will show 'None recorded')
  • The Register of Mortgages and Charges (this will show 'None recorded')
  • The Register of Company Name Changes (this will show the name the company was incorporated with)
  • The Register of Capital Reorganisations (this summarises all share transactions - here the initial allotment)
