Step 1 of the Inform Direct Formation Wizard requires details of the share class or classes.

If more than 1 share class is required, simply answer 'Yes' to the question 'Do you want to add additional share classes?'

Note: Adding a new share class is free for subscribed users to Inform Direct only. An additional fee is charged for PAYG users.
 

A company must have at least 1 irredeemable share class. Accordingly, Inform Direct defaults the first share class to 'Ordinary.' You can change the name or Class description for every share class created after 'Ordinary' if you wish. If you are going to create several 'Ordinary' share classes, you could change this to 'A Ordinary' and make the other classes 'B Ordinary' etc or whatever your preferred method of differentiating the classes is. 
 

Note: The Prescribed Particulars must be adequately described for each share class otherwise Companies House will reject the application to form the company.  We have written a blog setting out what the Prescribed Particulars must contain.
