After you have entered the details of the PSC change, if required, Inform Direct will prompt you to produce any relevant supporting documents.

Before submitting the change to Companies House there is an opportunity to produce a summary document, this can be used to get approval before making the submission. Selecting Yes will take you through the process to create the approval document. 

How do I prepare draft documents to change the details of a PSC? 

All approval documents generated include a section for a signature, which can be used for internal approval purposes. However, when filing electronically with Companies House via Inform Direct, a physical signature is not required - the authentication code acts as a digital signature.
