Before you print any dividend vouchers, you first need to create them. If you have not yet created any dividend vouchers, first see How do I create a dividend voucher? You can print or download all dividend vouchers for shareholders at once if you do so during the dividend creation process. If you need to download vouchers after they have already been created, you will need to download them one by one from the document library.
1) Go to the 'Shareholders' tab
2) Click on the blue 'Maintain dividends' button.
3) This will take you to the below Dividend history screen shown below.

4) If you click on the blue arrow opposite the relevant dividend then you will see a summary of who received this dividend together with the corresponding tax credit etc.
5) You can print all the dividend vouchers for this particular dividend or just a range of them by clicking on the blue 'Print dividend vouchers' button. Alternatively you can print one for a specific individual by clicking on the pencil opposite the shareholders' name.
6) If you need dividend vouchers for other dividends click the white 'Return to dividends' button and repeat process from step 3 above.
Note: When Inform Direct prints a document it creates a PDF. You can then forward this PDF or print a paper copy as required.
Alternatively, all dividend vouchers will have been saved to your Document Library at the time of creation. You can download from there, too, and print as you would any other document downloaded to your PC.
