What Are the Benefits of Subscribing to Inform Direct?

Subscribing with Inform Direct is much simpler than Pay as You Go (PAYG).

 

If you are managing multiple companies, a subscription service will invariably offer you much better value. This is because If you subscribe you will not have to pay any Inform Direct transaction fees!

There will be NO charge to process the following, all of which have a charge if you were a pay as you go user:

  • Dividend vouchers 
  • Dormant Company Accounts 
  • Complex Share Transactions 
  • Processing a call payment 
  • Minutes and Resolutions 
  • Stock Transfer Forms (J10 + J30) pre-populated 
  • Bespoke articles of association 


 

And only the Companies House fee for these transactions:

  • Form a new limited by shares company 
  • Registering, satisfying and releasing mortgages and charges
  • Changing a company name
  • Submitting a Confirmation statement


 

What are the optional add-ons for subscribers during a formation?


Also, ONLY subscribed users can:

  • Use your own presenter code - this in turn has benefits
  • Auto-file confirmation statements
  • Set up multi users with tiered permissions 
  • Restrict access to sensitive client companies to certain users
  • Upload iXBRL tagged accounts to Companies House (presenter code required)
  • Connect to HMRC to retrieve the VAT dates of any clients linked to your HMRC agent services account
  • Offer clients third party access to their companies with editing or read only access
  • Turn on/off email reminders
  • Brand the statutory registers produced for clients with your name and logo
  • Add documents other than those automatically created by Inform Direct to the Document Library e.g. AGM notices or a Shareholders' Agreement

  • Two-step verification for any user on your account
