Inform Direct enables you to file accounts for two types of companies:
1. Companies Limited by Guarantee
2. Companies Limited by Shares
Account Types Supported:
- Inform Direct can file micro-entity accounts
- Inform Direct can file dormant company accounts
Important Restrictions:
- Inform Direct can only file micro-entity or dormant accounts if this is the first year of filing or if the company has filed micro-entity or dormant accounts with Companies House last year.
- Other company types (such as Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Community Interest Companies (CICs), or Public Limited Companies (PLCs)) cannot file accounts through Inform Direct.
- Inform Direct does not currently support the filing of other types of accounts, such as small, medium, large, or consolidated accounts.
