Important Note:
You cannot amend the date of appointment for a member directly through the Inform Direct platform.
There are two ways to address an incorrect appointment date for a member:
1. Request Support to Make the Change
- Email Inform Direct support at support@informdirect.co.uk (or use the relevant contact method).
- Include the following in your email:
- The company name
- The company number
- The details of the amendment (current date shown, correct date of appointment, member’s name, and any supporting information).
The Inform Direct support team will review and action your request as appropriate.
2. Remove and Re-add the Member
- If you prefer, you can remove the member with the incorrect date first and then re-add them with the correct date of appointment.
- Go to your Member Register, locate the member record, and use the removal option.
- Then, use the “Add Member” function to re-enter the correct appointment date and associated details.
