Inform Direct does not currently include a built-in bulk email feature. We are primarily a CoSec tool, and as such, have not had the demand to build this. 

Our reports cannot be used to obtain client emails. Emails are not held by Companies House so it is not something we have as standard. However, if you have been adding email addresses to clients' records, this cannot be exported (As emails are encrypted). 

Note: Inform Direct can be used to email clients when the accounts or CS01 are due using our CS01 and Dormant accounts automation.
