A email address is not a statutory field held at Companies House, so updating it does not require a Companies House filing.
To update the email address within your Inform Direct records:
1. Go to the Officers/PSC tab for the relevant company.
2. Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the director's/PSC's name.
3. Update the email address field.
4. Save the changes.
This change is stored within your Inform Direct account only and will not trigger a filing to Companies House.
