When using Inform Direct, you might notice a speech bubble or pop-up from the chat widget in the bottom right corner of your screen that says "How can I help?" If you would like to remove this prompt:

1. Locate the Pop-Up:
   Find the chat bubble that appears in the bottom right of the screen with the message "How can I help?"
2. Find the Close Icon:
   In the top right corner of this speech bubble, you will see a small cross (“X”) icon.
3. Remove the Pop-Up:
   Click the “X” icon.
   This will permanently remove the “How can I help?” prompt from your screen (for your current session).

If you need help in the future, you can always reactivate the chat widget by clicking the main chat icon again.
