In Inform Direct, there is no direct search feature that lets you find all companies a particular individual (such as a director, PSC, or shareholder) is linked to across your Portfolio from the company view.

• Within an individual company:
  You can only search for or select an existing individual during processes where you are appointing or adding a person to the company, such as adding a director/PSC or transferring/allotting shares to an individual. There is no global search bar to locate people in your entire Portfolio while simply viewing or browsing companies.
• To find a specific individual:
  If you need to see all companies an individual is connected with, the best method is to run a report of all persons (directors, PSCs, etc.) from your account’s Reports section. You can then filter the report (e.g., in Excel) to locate the individual and see which companies they are associated with.

Summary:

• You cannot globally search all companies for individuals from the company listing page.
• Use the “Persons” or officers/PSCs/shareholders report and filter that externally to find the person/company connections you need.
