The Template Library is constantly updating and expanding but Inform Direct makes it easy to organise with the Favourite function.

The Favourite Folder is useful for finding documents that you use regularly. Once you mark a template as a Favourite it will automatically be placed into the 'Favourite Templates' folder.

1. To set a favourite, go to Documents & Reports and select the 'Template Library' tab.

2. Next, find the template that you want to mark as a favourite. There are numerous ways to browse through the templates.

3. Select the pencil beside the template and choose 'Mark as favourite.'

4. This immediately places the template in your 'Favourite Templates' folder. This is on the left of your screen for easy access.
