Inform Direct will save a copy of the following documents in the Document Library.
Documents produced as part of the process wizards on Inform Direct are stored in the document library.
The following files are stored automatically assuming you have opted to produce them:
- All supporting documents (Board minutes, resolutions, stock transfer forms etc...)
- Share Certificates
- Dividend Vouchers
- Incorporation documents for companies formed using Inform Direct (the incorporation summary is not saved)
- Summary documents produced from selecting 'Yes' at the pending approval stage of a wizard
- Companies House forms (Produced by Inform Direct that cannot be submitted electronically
It is also possible to upload and store documents not produced by Inform Direct to your library. See here for how.
Paper documents such as resolutions, articles or Companies House forms saved in the Document Library are not automatically submitted to Companies House. To file a document outside Inform Direct, upload it via the Companies House submission portal. Or post them to Companies House.
