Yes. Users with a Subscription Account can upload their own documents to store on Inform Direct.
Important: Documents uploaded to Inform Direct are stored for record-keeping only. Paper documents cannot be filed electronically with Companies House via Inform Direct. If you need to file resolutions or other documents, such as forms SH02 - SH19 or Articles of association, use their upload portal or post them directly.
You can however, store documents for safekeeping; there are 2 different ways this can be done:
1. Using the 'Add File' button.
Note: Please ensure the file name does not contain any special characters such as commas or full stops as this can prevent the upload for security reasons.

2. Using the Drag and Drop feature
This is a great way to add multiple documents. How do I add Documents using the 'Drag and Drop' method?
Note: Whilst you can certainly use the Inform Direct document library to store your own bespoke templates, it is not possible for Inform Direct to auto populate these or replace any of the automatically generated documents with them.
