Inform Direct gives you a very simple set of tools to manage mortgages or charges registered against a company.

For simplicity, Inform Direct will refer to mortgage for either a mortgage or a charge.

You can

• Register a mortgage
• Satisfy a mortgage
• Release a mortgage
• View the register of mortgages and charges

You will immediately know whether there is a mortgage or charge registered against a company. If there is you will see a new tab called Mortgages. If there is no mortgage or charge then you will not see this tab.

Here - there is no mortgage or charge - and so no tab is showing.

Here there is a mortgage or charge registered.

Note: the ability to make filings relating to mortgages and charges is only available to users subscribed to Inform Direct and using their own presenter code.

The presenter code is linked to your Inform Direct account, not to individual users. All users on the same account can use the same presenter code to process mortgage or legal charge transactions. Individual users do not need their own separate presenter code.”
