There are three different areas on Inform Direct which show filing due dates. 

Reminder emails are also sent to help ensure no filing deadlines are missed, these are sent for both the Confirmation statement and Annual accounts.

1. The first area to see filing due dates is from your Portfolio screen, this shows the made up to dates and colour coded records of the latest date to submit a filing.

The dates to submit accounts and confirmation statements are picked up automatically from Companies House and our daily dates syncs help to ensure they remain up to date.

If you are acting as an agent and preparing VAT returns on behalf of clients, you can also authorise Inform Direct to retrieve the VAT dates of any client linked to your HMRC agent services account (ASA). This allows us to automatically display important VAT dates and send email reminders when a client VAT deadline is approaching. Note: The portfolio screen only appears for accounts with more than one company

2. Filing dates are also displayed is the Key Dates are on the Dashboard tab of a company.

3. The third place which the dates are shown is under the Company tab by selecting Diary Dates.
