If you start to remove a company from you Portfolio you will see the below message appear on your screen.

If you click the green 'Confirm' button the company will be removed from your Portfolio.

Note: Some User types will not have the permission to remove a company from a Portfolio.

All users associated with this company will then receive the below email from Inform Direct (unless they have opted not to receive email notifications for this).

How do I change the email reminder settings?

Note: If you remove a company from your portfolio in error, it can usually be restored if you contact Inform Direct support the same day as the removal.
