Overview
Some Companies House share forms record administrative actions, but do not require electronic filing when performed in Inform Direct. You can safely replicate these transactions in Inform Direct for your company records, even if a filing has already been made on paper or elsewhere. This ensures your statutory registers remain complete and accurate without duplicate filings being made.

Filing Requirements
If you have already submitted a paper form (or filed these actions at Companies House previously), you may simply replicate the transaction in Inform Direct for your company registers—no additional electronic filing will be made.
However, if the transaction has not yet been recorded at Companies House, you must send the completed form produced by Inform Direct:
- By post to Companies House, or
- By upload via the Companies House online submission portal.
