After entering the details of micro-entity accounts you will be given the option not to submit them to Companies House immediately. 

The final stage of the process to prepare & file accounts appears as detailed in the screenshot below.

Selecting 'No' allows you to produce the accounts but they will not also be electronically filed with Companies House.

If you wish you can choose to file the micro-entity accounts electronically with Companies House at a later date. The 'Prepare & file accounts' button will remain on the Dashboard tab of the company, and clicking this button will allow the accounts details to be accessed ready for submission to Companies House.
