Can I File More Than One Confirmation Statement Per Year?

Yes. You can file a Confirmation Statement (CS01) every day if you like. However you cannot file more than one Confirmation Statement per day

After each Confirmation Statement is filed the clock is reset and the confirmation date will be 12 months from the date that you have filed it on.

For example:

The confirmation date in 2022 is 18/05.

You need to report a share transfer that has occurred urgently so you decide to file the confirmation statement early on 01/02/2022.

This means that for 2023, the confirmation date is now 01/02 rather than 18/05. Why might I file a Confirmation Statement early?
