Inform Direct makes it easy to ensure you are filing your Confirmation Statement on time. 

1) The Portfolio - If you have more than 1 company imported to your Inform Direct account then perhaps the easiest way to tell if you have any due or approaching Confirmation Statements is a quick glance at the portfolio screen. 

Clicking on the column header 'Latest Date to Submit Confirmation Statement' or 'Confirmation Date' will allow you to sort the column from due/nearest due to furthest due. 

If required, you can change the point that the colours shown above change, so you could have the green turn to amber 3 months in advance, for example. How Do I Change the Colour Coding of Dates?

2) Email Reminders - Inform Direct will send out the following email reminders to any user that has opted in to receive these:

• on the Confirmation Date.
• 7 days before the deadline for filing the Confirmation Statement
• on the final day that the Confirmation Statement should be filed.
• 14 days after the deadline has passed

Clearly once the Confirmation Statement is successfully filed then no more email reminders will be sent until the following year.

3) Dashboard Alerts - These will appear on the dashboard of the company:

Inform Direct generates the following system alerts:

• 14 days before the Confirmation Date
• 7 days before the Confirmation Date
• 2 days before the Confirmation Date
• 1 day after the Confirmation Date

Users with 2 or more companies registered will see an amber Check Alert symbol on their Portfolio screen. It will show opposite the relevant company. What are the Check Alerts on My Portfolio telling me?
