Once you have added details of an Option scheme and recorded who has been granted options you may want to see how the CAP table has been affected.

To see this call up Reports which is found when you click on Documents & Templates.

and select the Capitalisation table (Cap table) option under Shares.

No — the cap table report always reflects the current share and option position. It can be customised to select which company (or companies) to run it for, but there's no option to filter or generate it as of a past date.
